Energy Work + Shamanic Sound Healing

Combining multiple modalities into one session creates an integrative, sensory experience for the client. Abigail’s energy work combines multiple vibrational healing techniques including trauma-informed Reiki, crystal healing, and color therapy. Gem and/or Flower essences may also be incorporated. Custom organic aromatherapy is also available. Her sound healing includes reiki drumming, live vocals and other instruments to bring the body’s biorhythms back in sync.

These energy clearing and balancing sessions are designed to support Mind, Body, and Spirit - supporting emotional release, clearing energetic blocks, the chakras, meridians and strengthening the aura. Regular sessions can improve energetic hygiene, stress management, sleep, and expedite healing time. You can schedule a remote reiki session (distance healing) or in-person healing in Joshua Tree for individual, couples, or group reiki with shamanic sound healing.

Desert Healing & Joshua Tree Retreats

We offer one-on-one and couples Energy Work + Shamanic Sound healing sessions in the Joshua Tree and Palm Springs area. There is also a two hour group energy healing and sound bath session. These are mobile sessions and we travel to you. Couples and group reiki sessions can be personalized and curated to include guided meditation, mindfulness tools, art alchemy, readings, movement with voice activation, and/or intuitive skill building. These are excellent as a desert retreat add-on to enhance your stay and ideal for corporate wellness and team building experiences. What to expect during a session?

Reiki is a spiritual healing art originating out of Japan. It means“Universal Life Energy.” It is the same energy already flowing through you and every living being on the planet. Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice, nor do you have to be religious or spiritual to benefit from it. It is a subtle and effective form of energy work - a gentle “laying of hands” or “floating hands” technique that promotes deep states of relaxation and supports the body’s innate ability to heal itself. It is used as a supplemental therapy in western medicine for chronic disease, pain management, improved recovery time, and to support hospice care. It is an excellent modality to support trauma recovery alongside working with a licensed mental health professional.

Reiki energy will always flow where it is needed most and for your highest good. Most clients report feeling deep relaxation. Some fall asleep or feel heat, tingles, rushes of energy flowing through the body, emotional release, seeing colors, feeling “etheric hands” and/or receiving intuitive guidance for themselves. Some clients report feeling euphoric for a few days after their sessions, and an overall improvement in well-being. It can open you up psychically and spiritually. It is recommended to avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before session. Post-session aftercare includes drinking plenty of water, eating fresh healthy food, getting plenty of rest and giving yourself some downtime and space to allow the energy work to continue to integrate.

A note on remote sessions:

Distance healing offers the comfort of relaxing in your own safe space. Often times deeper work can happen in these sessions as clients tend to feel more at ease and don’t have the stress of driving afterwards!

All appointments close with a review of notes and any intuitive information that came through during the session as well as post-session after care and any action steps moving forward.

This extended 100 minute in-person trauma-informed Reiki and private sound bath session is well-suited for those in trauma recovery, or for anyone seeking supreme safety, grief healing, nurturing or “luxury for the soul.” Intended to bring gentle, yet powerful transformation and restoration working with the highest frequency flower: Rose. Includes Rose plant medicine with Rose Tea Ceremony & Rose Oil Anointing Ritual, Heart-centered Meditation, Reiki, Divine Feminine support, and gentle sound healing. An excellent Joshua Tree retreat add-on as we come to you!

Want a custom channeled painting for yourself or someone else? Book a complimentary virtual appointment for an intuitive reading and artwork consultation to create a canvas aligned with the soul’s calling and holistic healing. Color therapy and crystal energies come together in these crystal grid paintings. Spiritual healing art for your home, personalized to shift the frequency of your space and all those who encounter it. Canvas sizes range from 10x10 to 36x36 or a trinity series of three 4x4s to 6x6s. A 50% deposit is due following the consultation. Balance due prior to shipping or delivery.
