This 60 minute community reiki circle is held the second Thursday of every month and is designed for all members of the community to have access, including an option to sponsor a spot for someone in need. The evening includes group reiki flow, gentle guided meditation, and optional self hands-on healing all through a trauma-informed lens. Children and pets welcome to join with you.
